The fire station turned theatre is said to be haunted by a friendly ghost of a former volunteer, Walt. Visitors have experienced Walt’s presence through lights flickering, objects moving and sounds of a ringing bell.

This building was the home of CKUA Radio Network for decades. Many staff tell stories of the ghost of Sam the caretaker who passed away in the building. They swear they hear him singing opera or smell his cigar smoke.
