When Hero Laird first came to Edmonton, they thought it would just be a stopover, but strong connections invited them to contribute to existing ideas and welcomed them to share new ones. Now, they want to keep being a part of it.
Hero is a student at the University of Alberta Faculty of Law, focusing on legal systems reform, access to justice and the rule of law in a digital age. Hero is also a Research Assistant with the Wahkohtowin Law and Governance Lodge(external link) and the President of the Digital Law & Innovation Society(external link).
